Scraps

Check out the "Scraps" section for our reactions to the NBC Dateline story in March.

We publish our newsletter, PaiDom Happenings, annually.  We can email it less expensively, but we will still snail-mail it to you if we have enclosures (e.g., related articles, inserts, etc.).  You can also read our newsletter here on our web site.  If you want to be placed on our mailing list, you can reach us via the "Feedback" page above.

Happenings

This section of the newsletter details the ongoings at the ranch since our last newsletter was published -- our trials, accomplishments, setbacks, and outlook for the future.  It's kind of a "where we've been, where we are, and where we're going" story.

Organic News

This section summarizes the latest news on the organic front, so if you want to know what's shaking organically, consult this page.  We also detail evolving information about the nutritional benefits of eating pasture-grown meats.  Their health value may soon surpass that of organic.  We even go beyond organic to the discuss source-verified foods (those foods where you can pinpoint the actual grower), so stay tuned.

Scraps

This is the smorgasbord section, but as opposed to the previous parts of our newsletter, this section is updated as issues arise.  It includes current events and a healthy dose of whatever else needs to be talked about, so check this page regularly for the latest news.
