In the Amarillo-Lubbock area, we will deliver our meats for a nominal handling fee ($10/box), but we'll waive that fee if you pick up your order on our monthly delivery schedule, and there is no minimum order amount (you don't have to order in 50-lb increments like you do when we FedEx your order). The delivery details are posted below, but please get on our email list so that we can send you a notice in advance of our deliveries.
Amarillo & Lubbock -- Usually around the middle of each month, but you need to get on our email list to get the exact schedule.
Again, we'll email the exact date and time in advance of each delivery to everyone on our elist, so contact us to get on the list. These deliveries will take place year-round since we no longer go to the farmers' markets. We also have a few retail stores that stock our products in these two cities, as well as other towns.
Abilene, Austin, Brownwood/Coleman, Bryan, College Station, Dallas, Ft Worth, DFW mid-cities, Houston, New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos, Sweetwater, Temple/Belton, Waco, Wichita Falls -- Every 2 months, we load up the trailer and make a big swing through these cities, meeting customers at pre-arranged drop sites (businesses, mall parking lots, etc.). In general, we deliver on the first weekend of each even-numbered month.
Ordering on these deliveries will save you at about 70% of the shipping cost when compared to FedEx/UPS. If you would like to be contacted about these deliveries, WE MUST HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE, and a phone number is helpful as well. We let our customers know a few weeks in advance of our trip so that they can email orders back to us. Then we package your order, load the freezer truck, and hit the road. And this is the only way we can get our fresh eggs to you. Deadline for orders is about 15 days prior to delivery, but we'll take late orders if there's inventory on hand and room on the truck.
Clovis/Portales, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, Raton/Trinidad, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, and Fort Collins -- We're open to suggestions for meeting spots in each of these cities. We'll probably have one in each city, but may need more in Albuquerque and Denver. We hope to make this trip every 3-4 months. Again, ordering on these deliveries will save you at least half of the shipping cost when compared to FedEx/UPS. If you would like to be contacted about these deliveries, we must have your email address on file. Deadline for orders is about 10 days prior to delivery, but we'll take late orders if there's room in the trailer. We'll publish our exact delivery schedule once we see where the orders are coming from, but here's a rough idea:
====== Friday ======
Clovis/Portales, Albuquerque (2 stops), Santa Fe
====== Saturday ======
Taos, Raton/Trinidad, Pueblo, CO Springs, S Denver, Arvada, Lafayette, Boulder, Fort Collins
Every 2 months (on the even-numbered month), we make a delivery to Midland, Odessa, and possibly some towns in between. We try to catch someone from San Angelo to meet us in Midland to bring orders back for folks in that area. But again, we need your email address to put you on the elist for this route.
Basically, we'll go almost anywhere if the customers are there, so drop us a line if you're interested in being on our "elist!"
